All Jewelry Sales are final. (Sorry, no returns if you change your mind.) If anhy items are missing or defective upon receipt, please notify me at pamwhitmore@hotmail.com within 3 business days.
Returns are only accepted for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture is sent and reviewed by my staff, the item will need to be returned within 5 days of return approval. Once item is received by our staff, a refund will be issued.
SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
In the event that the customer requests to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, the order is subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. Also, if more than 3 business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days and tracking information is immediately provided via email. Any items still in transit to the boutique will ship out as soon as they arrive onsite.
Products will be shipped to the address designated by the customer upon checkout.
CUSTOMERS should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders or they need to select “signature required” shipping. We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Returned packages will be charged a $5 fee plus the cost of postage to resend the package.
Sassy BUT Classy Jewelry Boutique LLC. is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, UPS or USPS delays or severe winter storm ETC..
Once your package has been scanned as received by UPS or USPS, it is out of our hands. Sassy BUT Classy Jewelry Boutique LLC. does not have any control over packages lost by UPS or USPS, delays or missing items. If you feel your order is delayed, please contact UPS or USPS directly with your tracking number to check on the status of your package or to file a claim for a missing package.
Any items lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Sassy BUT Classy Jewelry Boutique LLC. and you would need to direct any inquiries and complaints directly to UPS.com or USPS.com.
If your package goes missing or is exceptionally delayed in transit, please submit a claim at UPS.com or USPS.com.
Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate which is an issue with UPS or UPSP, not my site.
